I moved in a few months ago, and the entire experience—from the application to approval and move-in—was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Jada did a phenomenal job guiding me through every step of the process, making everything clear and easy. Even after moving in, she has remained responsive and helpful. Anytime I had questions or needed assistance, she was quick to respond and resolve any issues right away, which I truly appreciate. My apartment itself is renovated and in excellent condition. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend this community!

I’ve lived here for six months thus far and from the start of the process of moving in, Jada was so helpful, friendly, thoughtful and pleasant and still is : ) She’s the absolute BEST!!! Jada, Will, and Shauna have Excellent customer service, any resident could ever ask for and including maintenance! This has by far been the best experience I’ve ever had living at any apartment complex. Everyone has gone out of their way to make sure any concerns I’ve had were taken care of, which I really appreciate that! Btw, Will is the best Property Manager ever! He always has a smile on his face and makes me laugh every time I see him and he goes the extra mile just to make sure I have what I need. If I forgot anyone who works in the office, including maintenance, my apologies because everyone is very friendly and helpful. Thank you all and God Bless!!!

I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF COMING INTO CONTACT WITH JADA WHO IS THE SWEETEST MOST ATTENTIVE LEASING AGENT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. COMING FROM HOME LIVING INTO AN APT WITHOUT WANTING ANY OF THE UNECCESSARY EXPENSES SHE WAS ABLE TO FIND ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND WANTED.THE ASST COMMUNITY MANAGER SHAUNA IS ALSO ATTENTIVE AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE HAD ABOUT THE COMMUNITY. ADOLFI WHO IS THE MAINTENENACE SUPERVISOR IS ALSO INFORMATIVE AND QUICK. HE CAME IN AND ASST WITH THE VERY MINOR REQU THAT I HAD AND I AM GREATEFUL FOR SUCH AN AWESOME TEAM :)

I want to thank HEATHER RIDGE Apartments for always being available for any maintenance that I have. This is outstanding service anytime I’ve called Will has always been great respectful as well as ADALFI2 of the most amazing workers that I have seen since I’ve been here and I’ve been here for four years. I can truly say that HEATHER RIDGE Apartments have outstanding customer service.

The property manager is the worst communicator i have had the displeasure of speaking to. They do not care about your business at the property. I requested maintenance on my AC and heat, which I have to do every couple months due to the inadequate fixes. Upon the request the property manager called me saying because it was an emergency they needed to get in the apartment with my permission. I asked him to let me think about if I can be inside when they come. He argued that it needed to be immediately and I asked why he has to make it difficult on me. Property manager replied by saying that I am the difficult one. Cannot believe after 2 years of staying here they couldn't give af about making sure things are correct.

Adalfi was great! He came in and fixed the issues so quickly & provided advice on maintenance -really respectful & efficient!

Shauna was the person that help me get my apartment very helpful really the sweetest person very informative made things so easy for me contacted me without me having to reach out to her a very personable person thank you so much again !!
