My Central heating air unit went at my apartment. It was literally 85 up to 88 degrees in my apartment the maintenance man Adalfi worked diligently and very hard even after hours 11pm at night put a window unit in due to he had to order a whole unit inside and outside and had to be installed he did his very best to get me and my family some air when I say he is far by the best maintenance man I ever saw but anyways I don’t know who needs to hear this but he definitely deserves a RAISE ON HIS PAY!!!!!!!!

Do not move here, I MEAN RUN i was living here for some months. My first month there and the air conditioner went out the property does not consider that top priority in 80-90 degree weather with someone who has health issues. The property gives extra charges on your rent and half do not do their job they stay playing down in the rent office. When its an important matter The property manager is confused so they lack communication. I really thank God from getting me away from that place. Had roaches, big water bugs, you can't decorate the place how you want it. Shauna customer service is BAD. Im telling you now you move here you will regret it. They said it was my fault because they didn't put the crisis pledge into my account. lol. They dumpster trash stay full with trash everywhere. Maintenance man ride around and do no work or not even in a rush to fix things. They got one who know nothing about maintenance. I really wish i had read the comments but I like it better with Awia Miller she was the best of them all, she actually valued customers. Nobody honestly knows nothing about anything and they don’t even communicate with each other about the stuff that’s going on and making fake tik toc about the property DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY

Jada in the office is so amazing I had a wonderful experience working with Jada during my apartment tour. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Jada took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out.
