Had an issue with my AC and thank God for Bladymir and Jordan. They took care of the issue within minutes. Changed my air filter without me asking and left an aromatic sheet as well so the apartment can smell good. Great guys.

Absolutely a great experience applying, the office staff are all great. Shauna Green was absolutely amazing very helpful and always kept me informed. The complex is well maintained and quiet.

Adalfi, I had a great experience with the maintenance service. He came to the apartment to fix a leaking toilet, and he did an excellent job sealing it properly. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and the toilet is no longer leaking when I flush it. What I appreciated most was that after completing the repair, he took the time to explain exactly what he had done and made sure I understood the process. He was very kind, pleasant, and professional throughout the entire visit. I’m very happy with the work.

He makes sure you understand the process and timing. His communication and customer service are simply outstanding!

I lived there this past year and I would never live there again. Bugs everywhere, apartment smelt like cigarettes all year from the previous owner. My car was hit in the parking lot and nothing was done because they don’t have any security or cameras. The first week I lived there someone was shooting in the parking lot less than 100 feet from my bedroom window. Not a great place to live at all and there are better places out there for cheaper.
