Willie was incredible an incredible service member. He helped fix several issues in our bathroom and went the extra mile to listen and attend to additional concerns that I’ve been having. I am very grateful for him and his dedicated team that help keep the apartment complex functioning properly! Edit: Also, after having issues recently with our air and heat, another service member Will was more than excellent and provided personable service I haven’t received anywhere else. These guys talk to you like real human beings and we’re very lucky to have them taking care of us!

He was very pleasant to have he was a hard worker knew what he was doing and he was able to get in and get out very pleasantly surprised and grateful for his work ethic and his years of experience

Me and my roommate moved in at the end of august. My shower head up until two weeks ago had incredibly low pressure. I put in multiple tickets and even went to the leasing office multiple times trying to get an update on when it would get fixed. I never received a clear answer. It was finally fixed a two weeks ago at the beginning of October, but they never repaired the drywall that they cut out. I notified the leasing office that same day that the drywall was still missing. Willie who is not a maintenance worker from our complex but for tribute. He comes for a work order that my roommate put in yesterday and fixes his towel holder in his bathroom AND my toilet paper holder in my bathroom. I told him what was going on with my shower and drywall and he assured me he would make sure it’s fixed soon. Willie is the most communicative maintenance worker I have met since moving here. Please more maintenance workers like Willie!!
