My maintenance man Bvadymir was so helpful and knowledgeable. My electricity was not working in my kitchen and front room but he stayed three hours after closing to try to fix it. He came back the next day and finished the job like he said he would. I greatly appreciate my maintenance workers at my apartment complex.

Willie and Adalfin did a good job recognizing the main root of the problem. They addressed it and resolved.

The Heather Ridge maintenance team, Mr Willie and Mr Adalfin have been at my service for almost any or all issues. They work quickly and always resolve the problem. Great and timely workmen.

Willie and Jeff came to fix my door frame after it was broken down. They were very communicative and polite the whole process. They only took 30 minutes maybe less to fix everything and repaint. My door looks like nothing ever happened.

Francisco was extremely helpful in addtessing my ac issue and explaining his plan for a long-term solution to ensure the issue will not reoccur.

I moved in a few months ago, and the entire experience—from the application to approval and move-in—was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Jada did a phenomenal job guiding me through every step of the process, making everything clear and easy. Even after moving in, she has remained responsive and helpful. Anytime I had questions or needed assistance, she was quick to respond and resolve any issues right away, which I truly appreciate. My apartment itself is renovated and in excellent condition. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend this community!

I’ve lived here for six months thus far and from the start of the process of moving in, Jada was so helpful, friendly, thoughtful and pleasant and still is : ) She’s the absolute BEST!!! Jada, Will, and Shauna have Excellent customer service, any resident could ever ask for and including maintenance! This has by far been the best experience I’ve ever had living at any apartment complex. Everyone has gone out of their way to make sure any concerns I’ve had were taken care of, which I really appreciate that! Btw, Will is the best Property Manager ever! He always has a smile on his face and makes me laugh every time I see him and he goes the extra mile just to make sure I have what I need. If I forgot anyone who works in the office, including maintenance, my apologies because everyone is very friendly and helpful. Thank you all and God Bless!!!
