My roommate and I were touring apartments back in late August looking for a quick move in due to environmental issues at our previous apartment. While touring the space, we noted many roaches, baby roaches and grown roaches— as well as flies and worms INSIDE. While pointing these out the manager helping us just kept saying “well it’s not like this is the unit you will be living in.” Upon telling him we did not want to go any further with touring and leasing he began getting passive aggressive with us and extremely disrespectful, speaking to us as though we had no clue how anything in life worked, and we were the idiots for being concerned with multiple roaches, which we saw in every room, once again from baby roaches to fully grown roaches. The whole process felt as thought he was trying to convince us to lease there not because it was a good option, but because we were so last minute it was the only option. While it was a short turn around, no other apartment in town had an issue with the short turn around so the rushed “were your only option” tactic of sales just felt like someone who knew they had a bad deal and needed to sell it. Not to mention us bringing up concerns we had seen in reviews and him calling previous tenants “crazy” or “over dramatic” as though that would make us feel like this was the team we wanted to be taking care of our living space.
The property is conveniently located and so pretty! Jada the leasing consultant is always so nice when I go in the office.
Willie came and took care of business, he went down and checked inventory. And found replacement for oven door and took the time to do it today not put me on hold and say I'll be back in a week or so but he was right on . . .
The Property Manager(s) Will and Shauna were amazing! They were both kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I’m very satisfied as a new resident in the Heather Ridge community!
My heater was blowing cold air for 2 days while the temperature outside reached record lows. They said they would send someone to fix it the day I put in the maintenance request, but no one came. The front office should be more transparent about when someone will actually come to respond to maintenance requests. Finally, Willie, who is a very very nice guy, came in the next day not only to fix my heater but also replace my air filter. Willie deserves 5 stars.

Willie did an amazing job knocking out 3 work orders in 1 visit! Man he told me he was 70 but he is a whole unit when it comes to his work. He was informative and courteous which is always. Plus it got done so quick I got to go enjoy the rest of my day! Willie thanks again for making it easy to call heather ridge home. Also he did get help from Will one of his colleagues on stage here at heather ridge. Will did a phenomenal job making sure all the help he needed to get the job done. So thank you to you both. Lastly shout out to the office staff for trusting the right guys to get the job done!
